A special cooking class to celebrate the arrival of Olio Nuovo (new harvest oil) from Italy and a hands-on cooking class with my dear friend Rolando featuring recipes from his cookbook AUTENTICO. Each dish will feature one of my favorite olive oils. We’ll also have a tasting of the many olio nuovo - just flown in - that he imports from Italy and have the opportunity to meet one of the producers that will guide us in tasting the oils.
The price of the class includes a signed copy of Autentico cookbook and tasting of five “Olio Nuovo” flown in from Italy.
