Learning to cook authentic Southern Italian dishes is a great way to meet new people or to do something special with your best friend or your spouse.
Classes are entirely hands-on. You will learn by preparing five recipes and then sitting down to enjoy a full meal of the dishes that you have prepared. I supply everything; the only thing you need to bring is an apron. You are also welcome to bring your own bottle of wine.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes are held at Paulding & Company. Classes start at 6:30 pm and last approximately three and a half hours.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds are issued, only credit. If you cannot come to a class, please notify me 48 hours in advance to receive credit towards a future class. If you must cancel less than 48 hours before a class, you may send someone in your place. No credit can be issued for late cancellations or missed classes.
