A Taste of Calabria

There are so many wonderful flavors and dishes from Calabria, it is often hard to decide which to present. The theme for this class, a Taste of Calabria, is simply some of my favorite dishes.
After taking the edge off your appetite with a delicious bruschetta antipasto, you will learn to make gnocchi from scratch. Next, we will roast freshly made Calabrian sausage, accompanied by one of my favorite winter vegetables, cauliflower. We will finish our meal with an ice cream made with Calabrian liquorice.
